I was born in communist Romania and it wasn’t until 2007 that I decided to go beyond borders and travel all over Europe for studies and work. I spent the last 5 years of my life in Berlin, Germany.

I’ve worked in marketing and employer branding for the last 13 years, having founded my digital marketing agency - Beaglecat in 2014. I consult tech companies that wish to either improve their current employer brand, forge their brand from scratch, or improve their internal processes; for this latter part, I collaborate with coaches and develop training programs on improving feedback, communication, or time management skills.

I own a PhD in political communication and I have over 4 years of experience teaching at the university.

My own shoe brand

Last year, I decided to start another entrepreneurial journey in a business that comes with its fair share of challenges - the shoe-making (or selling) business. 
I’ve been attracted to shoes (heels, in particular) since an early age and that passion has only grown stronger with time. I mean - there’s beauty in a designer bag or an elegantly cut jumpsuit, but there’s something about a stylish high-heel pump that always makes my day. I can browse the internet for hours, comparing fabrics, textures, accessories, and patterns. I’ll never be bored of that.

Because I also love art, I aim to bring it on our heels, by working with renowned artists for unique accessories in glass or porcelain,

All our shoes are produced in capsule collections in a factory in Bucharest.
